Rayence Debuts Integrated Portable X-Ray Systems for Field Care

Rayence has launched the Anywhere-M and Anywhere-V diagnostic systems, designed to bring hospital-grade X-ray imaging into field environments. By integrating a generator, high-resolution detector, and specialized software into a single unit, the company aims to eliminate the setup delays and hardware limitations that typically hinder emergency and mobile medical operations.

The new series marks a shift from traditional portable setups, which often rely on disparate components, toward a unified workflow. Anywhere-M, focused on human healthcare, and Anywhere-V, tailored for veterinary use, utilize Rayence’s proprietary SHINE image processing algorithm. This technology improves the signal-to-noise ratio in low-dose images, allowing clinicians to capture high-clarity diagnostics without the need for heavy, fixed infrastructure.

Durability remains a core focus for the hardware, which features a wireless detector tested to U.S. military standard MIL-STD-810H, including resistance to drops from 1.2 meters. The Anywhere-M generator supports up to 493 exposures on a single battery charge, while the veterinary-focused Anywhere-V offers 16 hours of wireless operation. These systems are aimed at trauma centers, disaster relief teams, and large-animal practitioners who require rapid, reliable imaging in locations where conventional medical equipment is inaccessible.
