Narang joins the firm after high-profile tenures at ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services, and KPMG. His background in generative AI and machine learning will be central to managing Glob.AI’s signature "AI Pods," which utilize autonomous agents supervised by human experts. Globant CEO Martín Migoya stated that the hire is intended to accelerate the firm's transition into an AI-native service provider.

The business case for the expansion is aggressive. As of June, Glob.AI reported a 60% growth in annual recurring revenue over a single quarter, backed by a $436 million pipeline. Narang will oversee the scaling of this ecosystem, focusing on integrating these AI-driven workflows into the operations of global enterprise clients.
