Pandu to Launch Hong Kong’s Second Spot Solana ETF
Hong Kong’s exchange-traded fund market is expanding as Pandu Asset Management prepares to list its spot Solana ETF on October 13. The new fund offers investors direct exposure to the SOL token, positioning itself as a lower-cost alternative to existing products currently available on the local stock exchange.

Management has set an annual fee of 0.6% with an estimated recurring expense ratio of 1.6%. This pricing structure undercuts the rival ChinaAMC Solana ETF, which carries a 0.99% management fee and a 1.99% expense ratio. HashKey Exchange has been appointed to execute trade transactions, while HashKey Custody Services will maintain the physical security of the underlying assets. While the fund is denominated in US dollars for accounting, shares will trade in Hong Kong dollars. Despite the regulated structure, the issuer warns that the inherent volatility of the Solana market means investors remain at risk of significant losses, including the potential to lose their entire principal.
