Under the neon lights of a Shanghai gala, HSG Laser marked its 20th anniversary by pivoting from a standalone equipment manufacturer to a provider of automated production lines. The October 11 event gathered international partners to witness a new strategic roadmap designed to scale the company’s global footprint through 2030.
Rotating CEO Ricky Wu traced the company's evolution from a regional firm in Guangdong to a global supplier of high-end laser technology. To sustain this momentum, the company is prioritizing three pillars: aggressive technological innovation, expanded service networks, and localized operations intended to streamline support for fabricators in over 100 countries.
Jerry He, Global Head of R&D, detailed a five-year shift toward intelligent manufacturing cells. This transition centers on high-performance machinery, including the GT PRO+STORE PRO Dual-Tower Automation System and the TL3 PRO tube laser cutter. These units are slated for debut at major industry trade shows, including FABTECH in Las Vegas and EuroBLECH in Hannover.
Beyond technical expansion, the firm launched the "HSG Light of Reading" initiative with a 2 million RMB donation to the China Social Welfare Foundation. The program aims to build 40 rural libraries, a project that allows customers to contribute to educational development through their equipment purchases. This dual focus on industrial scaling and corporate social responsibility defines the company's strategy as it enters its third decade of operations.
