Telgorithm Opens Compliance Advisory and Self-Service API Access

For software providers struggling with the intricacies of A2P 10DLC messaging, Telgorithm is decoupling its compliance expertise from its core infrastructure. The Los Angeles-based firm now offers a standalone advisory service for non-clients alongside a self-service portal that allows developers to begin testing integrations within a single day.

Telgorithm Opens Compliance Advisory and Self-Service API Access

The new Expert Advisory service targets teams facing carrier filtering, registration delays, or campaign rejections without requiring them to migrate their messaging traffic. Telgorithm’s compliance team diagnoses existing setups and generates actionable playbooks, operating on a flexible, month-to-month basis. CEO Aaron Alter noted that this independent model addresses a specific demand from developers who seek professional guidance while maintaining their current provider relationships.

Simultaneously, the company launched a Self Sign-Up option for Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) registered with The Campaign Registry. By bypassing the traditional sales cycle, developers gain immediate access to the company’s API, including its patented Smart Queueing technology. This system automatically adjusts message pacing to match carrier throughput limits, a feature designed to prevent failures and reduce costs. New users are granted a $100 testing credit to facilitate initial integration, provided they meet specific industry eligibility criteria.
