The acquisition grants Ensorcia full control of Argentina Wildcats' membership interests in a cash-based transaction. This move follows extensive drilling, flow testing, and brine sample analysis conducted by International Battery Metals, whose proprietary direct lithium extraction technology remains central to Ensorcia’s operational strategy.

Ensorcia Expands Argentine Lithium Footprint with Wildcats Acquisition
Ensorcia Group Holdings has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Argentina Wildcats, adding 50,000 hectares to its South American portfolio. The deal, which targets the former LEXI lithium property, aims to accelerate the company’s Katal 1 development program through the deployment of advanced extraction technology.

Once finalized, the expansion will bring Ensorcia’s total Argentine holdings to approximately 67,000 hectares. Chairman Daniel Layton stated that integrating the former LEXI site into the Katal 1 program allows the company to leverage existing technical data to push the project toward commercial production. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and legal review.
