Adam Kaufman Named Chief Legal Officer at Mudrick Capital
Mudrick Capital Management has appointed Adam Kaufman as its new Chief Legal Officer, tasking the veteran attorney with overseeing the firm’s legal operations and joining its management committee. Effective June 8, the move signals a strategic expansion for the New York-based investment firm as it navigates complex event-driven markets.

Jason Mudrick, the firm’s founder and Chief Investment Officer, cited Kaufman’s experience with alternative asset managers as a critical asset for the firm’s future growth.
