Amid the backdrop of the Apartmentalize conference in New Orleans, 365 Connect is rolling out an AI-integrated platform designed to automate the lifecycle of apartment leasing. Chief Product Officer Jimmy Lancaster noted that the goal is to transition from static software to intelligent ecosystems that adapt to renter behavior in real time. The platform handles document generation—including leases and addendums—immediately following screening approval.
