She arrives at a critical juncture for Panoplai, which recently secured the number five spot on the Inc. Regionals list of fastest-growing private companies in the Northeast.

Neil Dixit, founder and CEO of Panoplai, noted that Gross’s appointment serves as a strategic accelerant for the firm.
