Kinetico Debuts Tankless Reverse Osmosis System for Modern Kitchens

A 2025 survey of 1,400 U.S. adults found that 58% of households worry about their tap water quality, prompting Kinetico to develop a solution. This summer, the company is launching its first tankless reverse osmosis system, HYDRO ECO, designed to replace bulky traditional units with a streamlined, high-tech filtration profile.

The new system eliminates the need for large storage tanks, recovering roughly 75% of under-sink space while maintaining a continuous supply of filtered water. Kinetico engineers designed the unit to achieve a 2:1 pure-to-drain ratio, significantly reducing water waste compared to standard reverse osmosis setups. The device is certified to remove a broad spectrum of contaminants, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and total dissolved solids.

Technological integration marks a shift for the brand, as this is their first electronic drinking water system equipped with real-time feedback. Dual LED indicators on both the faucet and the main unit track filter status, while an integrated leak detection system provides audible alerts and automatic shut-off. Maintenance is streamlined through quick-change cartridges designed for replacement in under a minute. Supported by a two-year warranty, the system will be available through Kinetico’s network of authorized dealers across the United States.
