The Weave is a 168,000-square-foot LEED Gold-designed structure serving as a cornerstone of the OCVIBE master plan. By integrating Kiln’s flexible office model, the project seeks to move beyond traditional corporate environments, offering a mix of private suites, event spaces, and coworking options. The building features biophilic design elements, including operable windows and private terraces, designed to connect occupants with the surrounding district’s parks and entertainment venues.

Kiln to Anchor Flexible Workspace at OCVIBE’s The Weave
Coworking operator Kiln will occupy a full floor of The Weave, a mass timber office building at the heart of the 100-acre OCVIBE district in Anaheim. The partnership, slated for a 2027 launch, aims to anchor the development’s vision of a hybrid, hospitality-forward destination for Southern California’s business community.

Scott Frick, Senior Vice President of Real Estate & District Operations at OCVIBE, noted that the search for a workspace partner focused on finding an entity capable of blending technology with high-end hospitality. Arian Lewis, CEO of Kiln, emphasized that the location’s proximity to media and entertainment hubs provides a unique opportunity to serve a creative workforce. The arrival of Kiln coincides with the 2027 opening of the district’s first phase, which includes Katella Commons, a new concert hall, and extensive public plazas. Cushman & Wakefield managed the leasing representation for OCVIBE, while JLL represented Kiln in the transaction.
