Lauren Balbuena Named Senior Vice President at William Raveis
To bolster its luxury footprint across New York City and the East End, William Raveis has appointed industry veteran Lauren Balbuena as Senior Vice President. Balbuena will spearhead operations and agent development, tasked with scaling the family-owned brokerage’s market share from Manhattan through the Hamptons and North Fork.
Chris Raveis, President of Residential Sales, pointed to Balbuena’s history of building high-performing teams as the primary driver for the hire. The company currently operates from an Upper East Side hub in Manhattan and seven locations across the Hamptons and North Fork, including key outposts in Montauk, Southampton, and Greenport. Balbuena plans to integrate the firm’s proprietary platforms, such as its Elite Concierge Services and wealth management offerings, to accelerate regional growth.
