The upgraded Ping An AI Doctor leverages the Ping An Medical Master model to provide symptom screening, medication guidance, and personalized health assessments. Operating on a cycle of immediate AI responses followed by human oversight, the system claims to address common health queries in as little as three seconds. This integration eliminates the need for users to download secondary medical applications, allowing them to access care directly through platforms like Ping An Jin Guan Jia and Ping An Pocket Bank.

To manage clinical risk, every AI-generated suggestion undergoes review by licensed physicians. The architecture prioritizes safety by automatically escalating complex cases—such as chronic diseases or potential emergencies—to human specialists. This digital-first layer connects users to a vast network of 3,500 experts from Grade A tertiary hospitals and 5,100 partner facilities. Beyond virtual triage, the platform facilitates one-stop medical logistics, including medication delivery within one hour and coordinated in-home nursing or elderly care services.
