GreenCore Solutions Targets Asia-Pacific with New AI Agent Venture

GreenCore Solutions Corp. is expanding its AI-driven retail procurement network into the Asia-Pacific market through a newly signed joint venture, GSC Agentic Pty. Ltd. By pairing Vancouver-based automation technology with regional sales expertise, the company aims to capture a growing segment of the $159 billion beauty and personal care industry.

GreenCore Solutions Targets Asia-Pacific with New AI Agent Venture

The joint venture leverages GreenCore’s existing AI Agent Fleet to manage procurement for consumer packaged goods makers across Australia and Asia. Under the agreement, GreenCore provides the technical infrastructure and operational know-how, while its regional partner manages customer onboarding and local sales. This model allows manufacturers to outsource procurement tasks to an automated stack that currently facilitates over 9 million requests during a 30-day window, with the Asia-Pacific region accounting for 14.4% of that global traffic.

CEO Matthew Keddy noted that the platform currently handles roughly 30 agentic requests per minute in the region, with human-in-the-loop oversight maintained for every purchase order. Brendan Farrugia, General Partner at Unify Ventures, emphasized that providing sales agents as a service allows manufacturers to bypass complex IT integrations, focusing instead on core production. As of mid-June, GreenCore has seen its Crunchbase ranking climb to 137,116, reflecting increased market traction and a Growth Score of 92.
